hhsuite-dbg software package provides sensitive protein sequence searching based on HMM-HMM alignment (debug), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hhsuite-dbg
hhsuite-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hhsuite-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hhsuite-dbg *
You will get with hhsuite-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
